Sweden

On Friday Reuben and Sofia came round. It was great to meet them in real life! Such a shame that they are not here for longer, as we have so much in common and so much to talk about it felt like the hours flew by.

We talked about Sweden, England, languages and how moving here has affected James. Thinking back, we have come such a long way.

Sometimes I even forget that James is English, as I don't hear him speak it very often anymore. When he says something in English I find myself being impressed by his perfect accent (!?).

I am very proud of him and of how hard he has worked. English people do alright in Sweden without speaking the language perfectly, but that was never an option for James.
