Day 3

Yesterday was day three of the challenge. So I did the three sit ups and russian twists, using a pillow (!) as a weight. Well I couldn't find anything else and I was doing this just before I got into bed.

It's probably a good thing starting with doing a few, as you can practise doing it right. I try to do them quite slowly.


Impatient as I am I want a reslut straight away, and am almost annoyed that I can't tell a difference yet. After having done a total of 6 exercises!

 Haha what an idiot!
