The other day we were recording a message for his sister on our computer. The microphone wouldn't work, so James was trying to fix it whilst I was fixing the cats some food.
I could hear James from our front room trying the microphone again and again, and getting more and more annoyed that it wouldn't work.
The funny thing was, he didn't test it by going "testing, testing" or "hello, hello" or something like that. No.
He was singing a whole song, over and over.
"My grandma and your grandma were sitting by the fire... mmmm... Gonna set the world on fire! Taaaalk about hey now hey now"
