Yesterday I tried out pilates for the first time. My colleague who I run with goes to pilates, and I could really tell how she got fitter and stronger week by week.
It doesn't look hard. You do everything really slowly, using your body weight and small movements. But wow! Burning sensation deluxe! It mainly exercises your core (back and stomach), which is great for improving your running and horse riding. It was brilliant!
I was so tired afterwards I could barely move a muscle, but it was fun and the teacher was great!
Now I have a problem though. The pilates class is on Tuesdays. And so is a singing course that my mum found and we have been talking about joining.
It's for people who think they can't sing, which would be great for me as I need to get more confident about my singing.
I really really want to go to both, but there is no way to do that.
What do I do?
Do you think there's another time either your Pilates teacher or your singing teacher has class?
ReplyDeleteThere actually was but I have now decided to do the 10 week singing course and then start with Pilates next year. :)
