I have been inspired by Elina and Emmi's blog about barefoot horses. It made me think about the way I run. My shoes are well and truly worn out, and every time I run now I get a bad back and a pain in my ankles.
But what if I took my shoes off? What if I tried running in the way that humans were actually made to run - barefoot!
I have heard that in countries where people don't wear shoes the injure rate is very low. You use a different, more gentle step when running barefoot. Less strain on your knees and back. I am intrigued.
So there is only one thing to do - try it out!
