At the moment I am 61,4 kgs to my 163 cm, UK size 6/8. I am not looking to lose weight but it will be interesting to check again in four weeks.
Join the challenge - start doing 25 push ups per day today. You don't need to do them in one go and you can do them kneeling down (I do!).

Oh and how do I feel today? Stiff, barely able to move my arms and walk down stairs. The back of my arms are so stiff I can't actually hold a phone to my ear, which is unfortunate as I work in an office. I kept waking up last night as it hurt every time I tried to move. My legs, my abs and my aaaaaarms!! I have to start stretching!
But seriously, if it hurts this much it must be a great exercise, join me!!!
