The First Day of The New Challenge

Today I started the new challenge. As I have decided to do the whole challenge plus the optional extra, it was a tough start. 100 push ups, 100 squats and 100 sit ups and timing myself.

This is my result this week:

100 sit ups: 4,36 minutes
100 squats: 4,23 minutes
100 push ups: 6,09 minutes

The squats and sit ups were ok, but the push ups!! Oh my god! I don't understand how anyone can do 100 push ups in one go, after 13 I was dead! My arms went all numb and shaky. I had to breathe for a bit and then decided to kneel and do the rest. I really hope it gets easier with time!

If you are joining me and not doing the optional one, do 25 push ups today. And why not add 25 sit ups on as well?
