On Tuesday I did 5K at a faster pace and a few hills.
Wednesday was hill training, we did a 180m long hill 8 times.
Thursday we did 10K again, same tough course with loads of hills. This time in 58 minutes, yey!
Then I rested for a few days, no point in overdoing it and cause yourself injuries.

I've always thought that I'd like to be in the best shape of my life when I get married, and it feels like I am slowly getting there.
