Sorry just being funny, the challenge is getting hard. 22 exercises today, I have now started dividing them in two (11+11 today).
It's hard work, and I still think I am not doing it right. I can really feel it in my upper legs and lower back, and surely that's not the idea?
But I have noticed a result, I look a bit more toned than I did on day one. Great idea to have a picture to compare it with.
