Starting Up Slowly But Surely

During our holiday I did not do much of running. Mainly because I was too scared to leave our hotel and run off into the African wildlife. I went to the gym twice and did a slow 30 minute run and that was it.

Since we got back I have been starting up gently, doing between 4-6 K runs 3 times per week. This week though I've only done two runs, 5 K and hill training. And as I am having another riding lesson later on I don't see myself going for a run today.

Ah well never mind.
