When I was younger I was very picky when it came to food, and my parents were always struggling to make me eat. I was just never hungry.
It all changed when me and Alina started going to the gym when we were about 16. We quickly discovered how much fun it can be, and we started working out 5 days a week.
That's when I noticed a huge change in my eating habits. I gained about 5 KGs in muscles, and I was constantly hungry!
That has never really left me since, I still eat quite a lot, or so I've been told. But I think that it's because my body needs it. I don't gain weight, which must mean that I use up what I eat. I have no rules when it comes to food. I eat what I fancy, but try to opt for the healthier option if I can.
Anyhow, I could go on and on and on about this, but instead I have decided to list everything I eat in one day. A post about this will be added later on tonigh.
