Sunday

On Sunday we were meant to have gone horse riding, but when we woke up the weather was just horrible! Raining and so windy, riding was not an option.

Instead we did some more work in the kitchen, and then I went to my parents to make a gingerbread cheesecake for work (as James was still working in our kitchen).
It turned out well, it was rich with a slight hint of lemon. It was also quick and easy to make. (Find the recipe here.)

Then I went to see Alina, we went for a walk and just hung out before I went home for some Sunday night chill out time with my husband.
