Running

On Friday I did some hill training again. Bloody snowy, icy, steep, long hill! 


On Saturday after the failed dress trying me and Alina went for a run again. She is doing so well! This time we did the same distance at last time but ran a bit faster, and finished it off with running up a hill.

All of a sudden you could really tell that Alina used to be a sprinter, she was like that cartoon bird with smoke behind her up that hill.
