Self Inflicted Pain

Oh my god how stupid. After all my back problems I have now figured out what the problem was.

It's my exercises!!!!

Yesterday I did 18 exercises which was hard work, and today my back is hurting again. Bugger! I think it's the russian twist that is screwing my back up.

What am I doing wrong? It's harder on my back and my legs than on my stomach. Any tips??
