James went back to work on Wednesday, so I decided to spend some time out in the sunshine, reading and relaxing. Completely forgetting that I didn't have much of a base tan I managed to burn my chest and face! I hardly ever burn, but now I feel all hot and bothered. This lovely red colour will probably stay with me for a few days before my skin starts to die and peel off.
That was my tan for this year then!
