I was so happy with the last one which was an ab exercise that you did every day for 100 days. Even if I hated it the result spoke for itself, and I still feel stronger even though the challenge finished in July.
The new challenge is a 4 week challenge where you do push ups, and optional squats and sit ups.
Week one: 25 push ups per day
Weeks two: 50 push ups per day
Week three: 75 push ups per day
Week four: 100 push ups per day
This totals 1750 push ups!!
Optional: Once per week you do 100 push ups, 100 squats and 100 sit ups. Time yourself to see how fast you can finish them and then compare your result week by week. This is an optional part of the challenge.

Du ser redan ut att ha en del armmuskler. Jag tycker du är jätteduktig som gör denna utmaning, jag *hatar* armhävningar och vet att jag skulle ge upp på en gång!
ReplyDeleteJag har alltid haft muskliga armar, men armhävningar suger jag på! Jag trodde inte att det skulle vara så jobbigt som det är! Men nu har jag ju gett mig in i det här så det är bara att köra på! :)
