Good Morning!

Saturday morning. James has gone to work for a bit, I am just relaxing with the cats. Yesterday I met up with Emmi after work. I was going to try and do some budget shopping, as we have been paying a lot for the car etc. I really needed some new trousers and preferably something to wear for tonight when we are having a choir performance.

We did the Monki Game (where you go in to this quirky shop called Monki and you have to buy something) and then went to a second hand shop.
We really tried, we looked through everything and I even tried some jeans on, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything I liked. I am pro recycling but it is so much harder to find something you like, there is such a mixture of things.

Then we went past this little shop where I saw a cushion I just had to have! It had the Union Jack printed on it, and I have been wanting a cushion like that for ages! I got talking to the lady in the shop and it turned out that her husband was from England too, from Ascot where we used to live!! So cool.

Afterwards we went to get some snacks and then went to Emmi's for a girly night, as her boyfriend was out and James was watching football with some friends.

A very good day, and I must say shopping is not boring if you have the right company!!
