Challenging

Doing 25 push-ups per day is not hard. But when you are aching so much you can barely move it makes it a bit harder. I have still done them every day, gone from kneeling to doing 10 normal ones and the rest on my knees.

I have finally got my arms back, and I really hope that they wont hurt like this again after the next 100x100x100 thing tomorrow!

I have now done a total of 125 push ups (not counting the optional challenge). Only 1625 to go!

And GO ALINA who is keeping her exercises up! Well done!!
