I went to see Madde for lunch today, and to my great excitement she had an apple crumble in the over when I got there. So I had some lunch and then we had tea and the best apple crumble I've had in a long time! Do you want me to elaborate? Ok!
It was sweet and smooth with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla flavour, a crusty top and apples with maple syrup. Served with a gorgeous cream mixed with Mascarpone cream cheese.
I didn't take a picture, but believe me it was absolutely yummy!! I told my work colleagues all about it until they started covering their ears and singing (where they trying to tell me something?)
I am riding and then I will have to have some cuddles with our cats.
