Having A Teenager

I think Jackie must count as a teenager now. She has started testing her boundaries, she wants to be everywhere at once, and never really leaves you alone.

I remember Cider went through a fase like this when he was little, so hopefully she will calm down soon. In the morning when my alarm goes off 20 minutes before we get up she wakes up, and stands outside our bedroom door crying for us to open it. Scratching at the door and really crying.

We try never to open the door whilst she is still crying for it, as that would teach her that it pays off to hassle us. Once we do open it she gets so excited she doesn't know what to do, and mainly she just runs all over our faces, purring like mad.

Cider and Josephine used to sleep in the bed with us, but the kittens have never been allowed to. Therefore Jackie does not view the bed as a place to rest, to her it's just a big playground.

She is such a special, loving little cat. I think sometimes she just gets so excited she doesn't know what to do with herself.

Trying to steal my tooth brush
(I don't know why the picture is like that, when I import pics from my phone it doesn't matter how much I twist them around, they still come out like this. Please tilt your heads.)

Trying to steal my food

Trying to pull out the piece of wood we have used to fasten the cat tree
Oh and the reason why we don't have a curtain?? Jackie managed to pull the whole thing down!
