It huuurts!

So day 9 of the challenge today. 

The first few days were fine, but now I am really aching! It's hard work, especially if you do the exercises slowly.

My lower abs are really sore, but those are muscles that are hard to get to so that's good. I tell myself that my stomach already feels harder and firmer but that's probably because you tense up when you work out.

Try it! You can start on day 1 now and work your way up, it only takes minutes in the beginning but is really good exercise!
