I have now done 1050 push-ups, not counting the optional ones. Only 700 to go!
I am getting better at it, at first I couldn't do any proper ones, and as of today I will do 5 x 20 per day. 100 proper push-ups every day for a week, they I am done! Yey!
Yesterday my times for the optional bit was:
100 Push-ups: 03.09
100 Sit-ups: 05.19
100 Squats: 02.27
Total: 10.59 mins
The biggest difference that I can tell is actually my abs. I didn't even realise how much you use your abs when you do push-ups, but they are now almost back to what they were when I did my sit-ups challenge. And this is so much easier!
